The price only changes when something genuinely needs more time, more people or more work. Never because you deserve less care.

What happens when you book me

  • Ready to lock me in? Fill in my enquiry form. I'll send you everything you need to book. Want to meet me first? We'll have a Ceremony Consult over video. I want to know all about you just as much as you want to know who's standing up there with you!

  • Your booking paperwork, booking fee invoice and contract arrive, and you're officially part of the Tina the Celebrant family. From here I'll tell you what's needed, when, and what happens next.

  • We meet in person for your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) at the right point in your planning. Fifteen years as a lawyer means the important stuff gets done RIGHT. You're not expected to know how this works. That's my job.

  • My detailed questionnaire lands in your inbox. Please don't treat it like homework. Open the wine (or Coke No Sugar) and tell me the stories. The sweet stuff, the weird stuff, the things your family will laugh at.

  • You'll get a personalised draft to read, tweak and make your own, plus my vow guide and reading inspiration. No template with your names dropped in. I want your guests turning to each other afterwards saying "That was SO them."

  • One year to go. One month. One week. One sleep! I'm genuinely excited too, and I want to celebrate every milestone with you.

  • Prepared, calm and completely invested. I handle the legals, work with your venue and suppliers, calm the nerves and keep an eye on everything around you. Rehearsals happen when they're genuinely useful, especially when little ones have a role (there may be Kinder chocolate involved, with parental approval of course!).

  • I register your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages, let you know it's lodged, and check in after the wedding. This isn't a transaction that ends when I pack up my PA.

You've got me for the ceremony. Why not keep me for the party?

Same warmth, organisation and humour, now running your reception. I work with your venue, DJ and suppliers, keep the formalities moving, introduce the people who matter, and make sure it feels like YOUR party, not a list of things that have to happen.

Includes up to 4 hours. Extra time $100 per hour.

None of these are things you need for an amazing wedding. They're simply there if a little more Tina would make your day even better.

Sound Controller, $150

Not having live musicians? I'll bring an extra person to run your music cues, so I can focus completely on you.

After-Ceremony Sound + Tina Support, $150 first hour, $100 each hour after

I stay on to help the ceremony roll into the celebration, keep an eye on your guests, help wrangle family photos and support your other suppliers. My cordless BOSE speaker and PA come too. This isn't coordination. It's simply more Tina.

The Bridesmaid You Never Knew You Needed

Me, with you through getting ready, the ceremony and into cocktail hour. Your calm person. Your sounding board. Your hype girl. The one checking you've eaten something and had some water!

The Dress Date with Tina

Want me to come wedding dress shopping? I'm not your stylist and I won't decide for you. I'm there to be Tina (and possibly tell you when I think you've found THE one).

Travel

I'm happy to travel to your dream venue!

If your venue is more than 30 minutes from my base, travel is $60 per hour. If it's more than a car ride, I'll send you a quote.

I can only legally marry couples in Australia, but I can do vow renewals and commitment ceremonies anywhere in the world (I'm small, I fit in a large suitcase!).

  • Because the work that makes your ceremony feel like you is the same work. Getting to know you, the legals, writing your story, the countdown, the day itself. Twenty guests or two hundred, you deserve all of it.

  • Get in touch and let's chat!

  • Fill in my booking form, then a $750 booking fee within 7 days locks in your date (and makes you officially part of the family!). The balance is due one month before your wedding.

  • Not always. For bigger weddings, tricky logistics or kids with important roles, we'll absolutely do one.

  • YES! Couples love having one person carry the whole day, from "I do" to the last dance.
